Ingredients: 2 stk butter; 2 c. Sugar; 5 x Large eggs; 1 pkt (2-1/4 c.)graham cracker crumbs; 1 tsp Vanilla; 1 c. Minced pecans; 1 c. Coconut; 2 tsp Baking pwdr; 1 stk butter; 1 box confectioners sugar; 1 sm Can crushed pineapple, partially liquid removed Coconut, (optional)

Ингредиенты

2 stk butter
2 c. Sugar
5 x Large eggs
1 pkt (2-1/4 c.)graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 c. Minced pecans
1 c. Coconut
2 tsp Baking pwdr
1 stk butter
1 box confectioners sugar
1 sm Can crushed pineapple, partially liquid removed Coconut, (optional)

Инструкции

This is another traditional Southern recipe. It melts in your mouth!
Cream butter, sugar and Large eggs till fluffy. Gradually blend in cracker crumbs, vanilla, nuts, coconut and baking pwdr utnil thoroughly mixed.
Bake for 30 min at 325.
Makes 2 layers. Cold.
Icing: Mix all of the above ingredients and spread between layers and on top. Add in coconut to frosting if you like.
