  • 9 ounce Onions
  • 5 ounce Smoked bacon, finely diced
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 7 ounce Lean beef, cut into small pcs Potatoes Salt Marjoram Caraway seeds Garlic (optional)

Инструкции

  1. In pressure cooker bottom, saute/fry onion and bacon; add in garlic if you like.
  2. Stir in paprika and immediately add in not quite 1 1/4 c. water. Add in beef, potatoes, salt, marjoram and crushed caraway seeds. Put on lid, and pressure-cook for 15 min.
  3. Makes 4 servings.
