- 4 med. avocados, mashed by hand
- 1 lg. ripe tomato, minced
- 1 onion, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2-3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1-2 tbsp. salsa (warm) or possibly more if you wish
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

- Mix all ingredients well and taste. May need more warm salsa or possibly lemon if you prefer. Serve with your own fried tortilla chips or possibly corn Doritos. Look for avocados with a rough skin. Smooth skinned avocados have little flavor. Also test for ripeness by sticking a toothpick in the stem end of the avocado till you hit the pit. If the toothpick slides in easily, it's ripe.
