- 1 pkt Duncan Hines Deluxe cake mix
- 1 pkt vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1/2 c. Crisco oil
- 1 c. water
- 4 x Large eggs

- Blend all ingredients in a large bowl, then beat at medium speed for 2 min.
- Bake in a greased and floured 10" tube pan at 350 degrees for about 45 - 55 min, till center springs back when touched lightly.
- Cold right side up for about 25 min, then remove from pan.
- Drizzle glaze over cake.
- GLAZE: 1 C. confectioners sugar 2 Tbsp. lemon juice or possibly lowfat milk
- Mix well.
