Ингредиенты

  • 1 med Sized rawas, bekti or possibly fish of your choice, cleaned and cut into pcs
  • 1 x Lemon, juice of Salt to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Oil, (15 ml)
  • 1 x Onion, sliced fine (50 g)
  • 1 x Tomato, minced fine (100 g)
  • 1 tsp Garam masala pwdr, (5 g)
  • 1 x Potato, peeled and cubed (50 g) A healthy pinch of turmeric pwdr
  • 2 tsp Vinegar, (10 ml)

Инструкции

  1. MARINATE the fish pcs with lime juice and salt, and keep aside for 15 min.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and saute/fry the sliced onion until light brown. Add in tomato, garam masala pwdr and potato cubes. Fry well. Add in turmeric pwdr and saute/fry well. Cover and cook until done. Lastly add in the marinated fish and vinegar. Check seasoning Serve warm with fresh salad.
