Рецепт Gluten-free Chocolate Brownies
Chocolate brownies are such a treat, it'd be shame to miss out on them. Try these gluten-free goodies and you'll make them again and again.

- 400g unsalted butter, chopped
- 400g dark chocolate,chopped
- 2/3 cup cocoa, sifted
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour,
- 1/2 cup corn flour ( or corn starch)
- 1/2 cup pure icing sugar, sifted, for dusting

- Preheat oven to 180°C or 350 F. Line the base and sides of a 20cm, deep, square cake tin with baking paper. Melt butter in a saucepan over a medium heat, add chocolate and cocoa, remove from heat and stir until melted and smooth.
- Beat eggs and sugar in the small bowl of an electric mixer until mixture is thick and pale. Transfer the egg mixture to a larger bowl, add cooled chocolate mixture and the flours and fold
- through until just combined.
- Spoon mixture into the prepared tin and bake for 40-50 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean. Stand on a wire rack to cool. When cold, turn out onto a flat surface and cut into 12 squares.
- To serve, dust with icing sugar.
