Ингредиенты

3 lbs. stew beef
1 can beef bouillon
1 can beef consomme

1 can small pearl onions, liquid removed
2 cans mushrooms (sliced or possibly whole), liquid removed
Cooking sherry

Инструкции

Flour meat and brown in veg. oil. Combine all remaining ingredients in a Dutch oven. Cook for 3 hrs at 325 degrees. Serve over creamed potatoes or possibly rice.
