- 200 gm chicken meat
- 6 gm ginseng slices
- 8 gm cordyceps
- 10 gm dry red dates
- 1 x , 500ml prepared Chef master stock
- 6 gm salt
Инструкции
- MethodBRING the master stock to the boil and add in chicken meat to cook till done. Dish out and cold before shredding the meat into thin strips. Set aside.
- Throw away scum and add in ginseng, cordyceps, dry red dates and salt to simmer for about 30 min. Add in cooked shredded chicken before serving
