- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 teaspoon crushed ginger root (or possibly 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger)
- 1 can (8 ounce) crushed pineapple, liquid removed

- Beat cream cheese, yogurt, honey and ginger root till creamy. Mix in pineapple. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Yields 3 cups. (30 calories/tablespoon)
