Ингредиенты
- 1/2 lb Dry ginger (pounded green ginger)
- 1 gal Water
- 1/2 x Lime Few cloves
- 3 lb Sugar
- 1/4 pt Rice (white)
Инструкции
- 1. Put all ingredients into a clean jar.
- 2. Stir till sugar is dissolved.
- 3. Cover jar and leave for two days.
- 4. On third day strain through a thin muslin, and bottle.
- 5. Serve with cracked ice. N.B. If only a mild flavour is required, lessen the amount of ginger.
