- Scrub potatoes well. Leave skin on and cut in cube-sized pcs. Place in cold water as cut (to keep from getting brown) till all are cut. Peel onion and also cut cube-size.Put in blender part of potatoes and onion and 1 raw egg and grate. Continue till all these ingredients have gone through the blender. Put into the mix some salt and flour. Consistency should be same as for any pancakes. Salt according to taste.
- Heat in skillet some oil and spoon in mix according to size pancakes desired. Brown on both sides and serve with fruit, yogurt, etc. Can be frzn and reheated.
