- Preheat oven to 350*. Grease lightly a 13x9 pan. Layer 1/2 apples proportionately in pan. In large bowl, mix dry cake mix, cinnamon, water, butter, and Large eggs on low till smooth. Then beat 2 minutes. on high. Stir in nuts. Pour 1/2 batter proportionately over apples and repeat layers. Bake at 350* for 40-50 minutes. or possibly till tooghpick comes out clean. Cold in pan. For frosting: In small bowl blend frostind ingredients till smooth. Frost top of cake and enjoy! Serves 12.
