- Combine sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon in a 2 quart saucepan. Gradually add in lowfat milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till thickened. Cook additional 2 min. Remover from heat. Blend in melted chocolate. Blend a small amount of warm mix into Large eggs; return all to pan, stirring constantly. Cook 1 minute (Don't BOIL). Remove from heat; add in coconut.
- Cold. Blend in cream; chill. Stir in nuts. Churn-freeze.
- Makes 2 qts.
