Ингредиенты

  • 2 lrg tomatoes minced
  • 1 lrg green or possibly red bell pepper minced
  • 1 x clove garlic chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. minced chili peppers
  • 1 c. diced peeled seeded cucumber
  • 1 x Spanish onion thinly sliced
  • 2 x scallions cut 1" pcs
  • 1 tsp dry dill
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
  • 3 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 c. vegetable juice
  • 2 c. water Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Инструкции

  1. Place all minced, sliced and diced vegetables into a large bowl. Add in dill and cilantro. Stir in lime juice, vegetable juice and water. Refrigeratefor 4 to 6 hrs or possibly over night. Serve cool.
  2. This recipe yields six 1 c. servings.
  3. NOTES : Diabetics or possibly those on calorie-controlled diets may count one serving as: 2 vegetables.
