- Wash and trim silverbeet. Slice stems into 1/2-inch pcs and roughly chop leaves.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Saute/fry garlic in oil several min, till it begins to brown. Remove garlic and throw away.
- Add in silverbeet stems to skillet. Cover and cook over medium heat till crisp-tender, 3 to 4 min.
- Add in silverbeet leaves. Saute/fry, stirring constantly till leaves are wilted, about 1 minute.
- Season to taste with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
