Ингредиенты

  • 3 whl chicken
  • 450 gm onions
  • 15 gm garlic
  • 3 x bay leaves
  • 1/2 x lemon
  • 4 dl coconut lowfat milk
  • 2 x boiled Large eggs
  • 10 gm turmeric pwdr
  • 100 gm butter
  • 900 gm potatoes
  • 10 gm grated coconut
  • 1/2 x chourico (Portuguese sausage) or possibly 1 boiled egg
  • 1 x salt and pepper

Инструкции

  1. MethodCUT chicken into small pcs and marinate with garlic, bay leaves, salt and pepper. Put butter in a pot and saute/fry the onions. Add in turmeric pwdr, sliced lemon, chicken pcs and diced potatoes. Stew everything till cooked; add in coconut lowfat milk.
  2. Correct seasoning and check consistency; sprinkle with grated coconut and gratinate under the grill till light brown.
  3. Finally, garnish with slices of boiled egg or possibly chourico and black olives. Serve with rice.
  4. Note: 1 litre (l) is equivalent to 100 decilitres ( dl).
