Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. Dry ful beans, rinsed and liquid removed
  • 8 c. Water
  • 1 med Ripe tomato, minced
  • 1 x Clove garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 1/4 c. Minced parsely
  • 1 c. Peeled and thinly sliced yellow onion
  • 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x Lemon, juice of Salt and freshly grnd black pepper to taste.

  1. In response to a previous request, I found this recipe in "The Frugal _ful_ are small Egyptian dry beans, according to Smith. I understand which you can use fava beans. Who knows maybe they are the same thing.
  2. Place the beans (_ful_) in a medium pot and add in 4 c. of water. Bring to a boil, turn off the heat, and let stand 1 hour, covered. Drain.
  3. Return the _ful_ to the pot and add in 4 c. of fresh water. Bring to a boil, covered, and reduce to a simmer. Cook 15 min or possibly till the beans are tender. Drain.
  4. Mix the beans with the tomato, garlic, parsley, and union. Prepare the dressing and toss with the vegetables. Refrigeratebefore serving.
