Fudgy Pecan Pie

This is a wonderful recipe, I loving doing it for the holidays. Hope you enjoy!!

Ингредиенты

  • 1 unbaked (9 inch) pastry shell
  • 1 package (4 ozs) german sweet chocolate
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condenced milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • filling
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • topping
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsbp confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extrct

  1. Line unpricked pastry shell with a double thickness of heavy-duty foil.
  2. Bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes, remove foil and set shell aside
  3. Reduce heat to 375 degrees
  4. In a heavy saucepan, low heat, melt chocolate and butter, remove from the heat and stir in milk and water
  5. Add a small amount of chocolate mixture to eggs, return all to the pan
  6. Stir in vanilla and salt
  7. Pour in shell, sprinkle with nuts
  8. Cover edges with foil and bake for 35 minutes or until a tootpick inserted near the center comes out clean
  9. Remove to a wire rack to cool completely
  10. In a mixing bowl, beat milk and pudding mix until smooth
  11. Fold in whipping topping
  12. Spread over nut layer, cover and refriderate
  13. In a mixing bowl beat cream until soft
  14. Add sugar and vanilla, beating until stiff
  15. Spread over pudding layer and refridgerate until set about 4 hours
  16. store in refirgerator
