- Heat juice and gelatin together in saucepan till gelatin melts. Remove from heat and let cold. Gently fold whipped topping into juice-gelatin mix using a wire whisk. Refrigeratetill spreadable. Spread on low-fat cake, such as angel food cake, and serve sliced.
