- Method1. Whisk together Large eggs and sugar till light and creamy.
- Carefully mix in the flour.
- Pour mix into greased 8"/203mm flan ring and bake in preheated oven.
- When flan is cooked turn out allow to cold and arrange fruit in the centre.
- Make up the quick gelatine as directed on the packet and carefully spoon over the fruit.
- Allow to cold and serve.
- servings: 6small oven: 200 degrees C approx 10-15 min PREHEATED bottom shelf.
- fan oven: 190 degrees C approx 10-15 min.
