Ингредиенты
- 2 c. minced nuts (I use pecans)
- 1/2 pound candied cherries (red and green)
- 2 slices minced pineapple (candied)
- 1/2 pound or possibly more candied mix fruit
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. unsifted plain flour
- Healthy pinch salt (optional)
- 1 stick butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 large eggs (I use 4 egg whites instead or possibly Egg Beaters)
Инструкции
- Cream sugar and butter. Add in large eggs, vanilla. Place nuts on bottom of well greased pan. Spoon batter over top of nuts. Spread evenly. Place fruit over top; press to bottom. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min to 1 hour. Cut in squares.Tip on flour: I put together 1/2 cup plain flour with 1/2 cup flour mix of oat, soy wheat or possibly any combination you like.
