Frozen Pumpkin Yogurt Pie *

Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 c. Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Margarine melted
  • 16 ounce Pumpkin
  • 3/4 c. Brown Sugar packed
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp Ginger
  • 3/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 c. Yogurt, Skim Lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Cold Whip Lite(r) thawed

Инструкции

  1. Heat oven to 350 . Mix ingredients for pie crust. Press firmly and proportionately against bottom and sides of 9" pie pan. Bake for 10 min; cold.
  2. Mix pumpkin, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg in medium bowl.
  3. Stir in yogurt. Mix in Cold Whip. Pour into prepared crust. Freeze 4-5 hrs or possibly till hard. Remove from freezer 45 min before serving.
  4. Freeze any remaining pie.
