- 1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
- 3/4 c. sugar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 env. Knox gelatin
- 1 c. cool water
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheese (cream or possibly yellow)
Инструкции
- Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Put pineapple and sugar in saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from fire and stir in dissolved gelatin. When it begins to congeal, whip it till it is frothy; add in grated cheese; mix in whipping cream. Put in a covered dish and refrigerate. Serve on a lettuce leaf.
