- 1 sqr Baker's Semi-Sweet chocolate, melted
- 2 x yellow bananas, mashed
- 1 1/4 c. cool lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. amber rum
- 1 pkt (4 serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 1 pkt (250 g) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 tub (500 mL) Cold Whip Whipped Topping, thawed

- LINE large glass bowl with plastic wrap. Drizzle inside with melted chocolate; chill.
- MASH bananas; set aside.
- COMBINE lowfat milk, rum, instant pudding and cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Beat on medium till smooth. Stir in bananas.
- Mix in whipped topping; spoon into bowl. Freeze till hard.
- REMOVE from freezer, unmould and remove plastic wrap. Let stand at room temperature 5 minutes before slicing to serve.
