Ингредиенты

1/2 c. sugar
1 c. lowfat milk
1 c. orange juice *see note

1 can frzn orange juice concentrate
12 x ice cubes
1 tsp vanilla

Инструкции

NOTE: 1 c. water can be substituted for 1 c. orange juice.
In 5 c. blender container combine all ingredients. Blend at high speed till ice dissolves and mix is frothy (30 to 60 seconds).
