Ingredients: 1 c. Flour; 1/4 c. Brown sugar; 1/2 c. Minced pecans; 1/2 c. Softened butter; 2 c. Sliced, fresh strawberries; 2 x Egg whites; 1 c. Sugar; 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice; 1 pt Cream, whipped

Ингредиенты

1 c. Flour
1/4 c. Brown sugar
1/2 c. Minced pecans
1/2 c. Softened butter
2 c. Sliced, fresh strawberries
2 x Egg whites
1 c. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
1 pt Cream, whipped

Инструкции

Mix flour, brown sugar, pecans and butter. Spread 2/3 of this mix in buttered 13x9x2 pan. Bake at 350 for 20 min, stirring occasionally.
Reserve remaining mix for top. Combine egg whites, sugar, berries and lemon juice. Beat at high speed till stiff peaks form. Mix in whipped cream. Spoon over crumbs in pan. Sprinkle with remainder of crumbs. Freeze 6 hrs or possibly overnight. Cut in squares to serve. May be topped with whipped cream and whole strawberries. Beautiful!
