Ингредиенты

  • 4 ounce Fresh fish fillets
  • 3/4 c. Dry bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 x Egg whites, lightly beaten

Инструкции

  1. Rinse fish and pat dry
  2. Blend bread crumbs with cheese, parsley and paprika in a flat dish.
  3. Dip fillets into beaten egg whites, then bread crumb mix.
  4. Place in a single layer on wax paper and place in freezer 1 hour.
  5. Spray a large skillet with NO Stick cooking spray. Place skillet over medium high heat. Add in fillets; cook carefully turning once, till coating is brown and fish turns from translucent/soft to opaque.
