  • 6 c. Fresh peeled, sliced peaches (about 6 medium sized)
  • 1/2 c. Packed brown sugar plus
  • 1/4 c. Eqivalent brown sugar substitute
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1/2 c. Sugar plus
  • 1/4 c. Equivalent sugar substitute
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/3 c. Liquid butter substitute
  • 1/3 c. Skim lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Liquid egg substitute
  • 1/4 c. Water Fat-free cooking spray (sufficient to cover a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish)

Инструкции

  1. In a 3 qt saucepan, combine peaches, brown sugar & equivelent, cornstarch, lemon juice and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil and stir one minute. Pour mix into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish which's been sprayed with a fat-free cooking spray.
  2. Heat oven to 350.
  3. Combine flour, sugar & equivalent, baking pwdr. Stir in butter substitute with a fork till moistened and it resembles course crumbs. Add in skim lowfat milk, water and egg substitute. Mixing just till dry ingredients are moistened. Drop by scan 1/4 cupfulls over the warm filling. Bake 30-35 min or possibly till topping is light brown. Serve with non-fat Dream whip or possibly non-fat frzn yogurt.
