- Green peas 1 cup ,boiled potato cubes half cup,fresh grated coconut half cup,chopped onions half cup,fresh chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp,salt to taste,red chilli powder half tsp,sugar half tsp,lemon juice half tsp.
- 8 slices bread
- Butter to spread..
Инструкции
- Boil the green peas and mash them lightly with potato masher,add all the other ingredients.
- Heat up the sandwich toaster.
- Spread the bread slices with butter,and place buttered side down on the toaster,place about 2 tbsp of the peas stuffing and cover with another slice of bread(buttered side upwards).Toast until golden brown.Continue the same way with the rest of bread slices.Serve with tomato ketchup.Enjoy
