- Heat oil in large skillet over high heat. Add in chicken. Sprinkle with salt and cook, stirring, till golden brown, about 5 min. Transfer to plate.
- Add in onion to skillet and cook 3 min. Carefully add in chicken broth and tarragon and bring to boil. Add in asparagus and cook just till tender, about 3 to 5 min. Stir in heavy cream and return to boil.
- Add in snow peas, baby peas and chicken to sauce and cook 2 min more.
- Stir in lemon peel.
- Toss sauce with warm pasta in large serving bowl. Sprinkle with chives.
- Makes 6 servings.
