Ингредиенты

  • 6 x egg yolks
  • 3/4 c. cream
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. Champagne or possibly other sparkling wine fresh strawberries, raspberries or possibly combination of your choice

Инструкции

  1. Combine the egg yolks, cream, sugar and champagne in a stainless steel bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water. Whisk well while heating the mix, till the sauce becomes thick and frothy (this is a sign which the Large eggs have cooked).
  2. Remove from the heat and pour the sabayon over the freshly prepared fruits.
  3. Serve immediately.
