Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. ice water
  • 2 T oil
  • 2 pound crawfish tails
  • Veg. oil
  • 3/4 c. chili sauce
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 T horseradish
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated onion
  • Louisiana warm sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Put together flour, sugar, salt, egg, ice water, and oil. Beat till smooth. dip crawfish tails into batter and fry in deep oil at about 370 degrees till golden. This does not take long. Drain.
  2. Put together all ingredients. Mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate and use with French fried crawfish tails. Serves 6.
