Ingredients: 1 lrg Egg, beaten; 1/3 c. Butter, melted; 3/4 c. Sugar; 1/4 tsp Salt; 1/2 c. Lowfat milk; 1 1/2 c. Flour, plus 2 Tbsp.; 2 tsp Baking pwdr; 1/4 tsp Nutmeg; 1/2 c. Sugar; 1 tsp Cinnamon; 1/3 c. Butter, melted

Ингредиенты

1 lrg Egg, beaten
1/3 c. Butter, melted
3/4 c. Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 c. Lowfat milk
1 1/2 c. Flour, plus 2 Tbsp.
2 tsp Baking pwdr
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 c. Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/3 c. Butter, melted

Инструкции

Combine first 9 ingredients and pour into muffin c.. Bake 400 15-20 min or possibly till browned. Cold sufficient to handle. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Dip top of muffin into butter and then into sugar mix. Serve immediately
