- Beat egg whites till foamy. Add in 1 c. sugar gradually till stiff peaks form. Crush crackers with baking pwdr. Mix in egg whites and add in vanilla, vinegar, and nuts. Pour in greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake 20 min at 325 degrees. Cold.
- Combine remaining ingredients, except cherry filling, and pour over cooled crust. Chill at least 5 hrs. Top with cherry pie filling and cut in squares to serve.
