- 1/3 c. hot water (110 degrees)
- 3 x Large eggs
- 2 x egg yolks
- 3/4 c. butter softened
- 3 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. white sugar
- 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
Инструкции
- Place ingredients in bread machine in order suggested by your machine's manufacturer. Select dough cycle.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Turn finished dough out onto a lightly floured board and knead 5 - 10 times. Separate into 2 or possibly 3 pcs. Roll with hands into strips. Braid or possibly twist strips together.
- Place onto a parchment lined baking sheet and brush the top with egg wash. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min or possibly till medium browned.
- This recipe yields a 2 lb. loaf.
- Yield: 1 loaf
