- 1/2 lb pasta cooked & liquid removed extra virgin olive oil
- 1 med onion minced
- 2 x cloves garlic minced
- 1 can crushed tomatoes (28-ounce)
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 1/2 tsp dry oregano
- 1 ct Ricotta cheese (15-ounce)
- 1/2 lb Mozzarella cheese grated
- 6 slc Swiss cheese
- 6 slc Provolone cheese

- In a large skillet, saute/fry onions in a bit of extra virgin olive oil. Add in garlic and cook just till you smell the garlic; quickly add crushed tomatoes. Stir in basil and oregano, cover and simmer on medium-high heat for 5 min.
- Cover bottom of 9x13" dish with tomato mix. Layer in this order: 1/3 pasta, all the Ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese, sauce, pasta, Swiss cheese, pasta and the remainder of the sauce. Top with Provolone cheese. Cover and bake at 400i for 20-30 min or possibly till heated through and cheese is melted.
