- I make a salad dressing with mine by using flax oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, a healthy pinch of oregano and some water. Once in a while I might add in a few grains of sugar. I will even put it in a small shaker bottle and take it with me to restaurants. I just need to figure out how to take it with me on vacations, since it needs to be refrigerated.
