Ингредиенты

  • Herb Butter:
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 T minced fresh parsley or
  • 2 t dried parsley flakes
  • 1 t dried basil
  • 1/1 t onion powder
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine herb butter ingredients, mix until smooth.
  • Great on steamed vegetables, corn on the cob, baked potatoes, rice, grilled meats and fish.
  • Lemon or Orange Butter:
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 t. grated lemon or orange peel
  • 3 T confectioners' sugar, optional
  • Beat together butter, lemon or orange peel and sugar if using, until smooth.
  • Great on steamed or grilled fish, meat or vegetables and rice.
  • Honey Butter:
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Beat together until smooth.
  • Great on muffins, bread or pancakes.
  • Maple Butter:
  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • Beat together until smooth.
  • Great on Pumpkin Eggnog Pancakes, waffles, french toast and meats.
  • Cinnamon Butter:
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 t ground cinnamon
  • 3 T confectioners' sugar, optional
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
