Flathead With Lemon Butter

Ингредиенты

3 c. Water
1 lb Fresh flathead fillets
1/2 c. Melted butter (1 stick)

2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Freshly minced parsley

Инструкции

In frypan bring water to boil; add in flathead. Cover & simmer 6-8 min. Carefully remove fish from water. In small bowl blend butter, lemon juice & parsley. Serve immediately with Lemon Butter.
