6 filets of white fish - I use Tilapia

Batter:

1 cup bisquick

1 egg yolk
-
Enough beer to make batter a medium consistency

Pat fish dry with a paper towel. Dredge through the batter. Fry in olive oil until both sides are browned. Place on cookie sheet and put in oven at 225 degrees while making other ingredients.

Sauce:

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup diced red onion
-
2 Tab diced pickled Jalapeno peppers

2 Tab finely diced cilantro
-
1/2 tsp garlic powder
-
1/2 tsp cumin
-
1/2 lime - squeezed
-
salt and pepper to taste

Mix well and set aside

Shredded cabbage - lime squeezed over, salt added

Apple diced
-
Avocado diced
-
