- 1 lb frzn fish, thawed
- 1/2 tsp salt Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 can mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1 lrg tomato, diced (about 3/4 c.)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

- Arrange fish in greased baking dish in single layer. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, onion, mushrooms and tomato. Dot with butter. Microwave 6-8 min, giving dish 1/2 turn after 3 min. Sprinkle with cheese. Cook additional 2 min or possibly till cheese is melted.
