- 1-2 carrots, chopped (Liv says in square shapes)
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 1 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup water (or more if desired - or may use all chicken broth)
- 1/8 - 1/4 tsp dried thyme (Liv likes it light... )
- pinch dried rosemary
- 1/3 cup small pasta (we like Hodgson Mill's Ultragrain with Quinoa Elbows)
- 1 small handful baby spinach, torn
