Ингредиенты

1/2 c. Light or possibly dark corn syrup
1/3 c. Evaporated lowfat milk
3 c. (18 ounce) semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. Confectioner's sugar, sifted
1 c. Coarsely minced nuts (optional)
2 tsp Vanilla

Инструкции

Spray 8-inch square pan with cooking spray. IN 2-qt saucepan combine corn syrup and evaporated lowfat milk; add in chocolate. Stirring constantly, cook over low heat till smooth. Remove from heat.
Add in remaining ingredients. Beat with spoon till thick and glossy. Spread in pan. Refrigerate2 hrs or possibly till hard.
Marvelous Marble Fudge: Omit nuts. Prepare as directed above; spread in pan. Drop 1/3 c. peanut butter over fudge in small dollops. With small spatula, swirl to marbleize. Chill.
