- 1 box pudding-style yellow cake mix
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 can Mandarin oranges, (11 ounce.)
- 1 ct Cold Whip, (9 ounce.)
- 1 pkt instant pudding mix, (3 ounce.)
- 1 lrg can crushed pineapple, liquid removed

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together box pudding-style yellow cake mix, Large eggs, oil, and Mandarin oranges (for 2 minutes.). Pour mix into 3 round cake pans. Bake for 20 min; remove from oven. Let cold. Mix instant pudding mix with Cold Whip. Add in liquid removed pineapple. Frost cake
- (just the top) with this mix. Very easy ... and wonderful!
