- In a bowl, beat to blend Large eggs and 1/4 c. water. Add in falafel mix, parsley, onions, carrot, lemon juice, and 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil; beat to blend. Stir in chilies and cheese. Scrape mix into an oiled 9- by 13-inch pan; spread level.
- Bake in a 375 degree oven till edges are darker brown and center is hard when lightly pressed, about 20 min. Let cold at least 5 min, or possibly let cold, cover, and refrigerateup to 1 day.
- Cut falafel into 36 equal pcs and arrange on a platter.
- This recipe yields 36 pcs; 12 servings.
- Comments: To garnish, cut 12 pitted calamata olives vertically into 3 equal pcs (or possibly slice crosswise); set pcs smooth side up (or possibly lay slices flat), proportionately apart, on falafel mix before baking. If you want a dip for falafel nibbles, mix curry pwdr to taste with plain yogurt.
