I was actually trying to cook beef stew but didnt have all of the proper ingredients, so I made my own kind of stew to go over jasmine rice with what I did have. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as my family has!

- IN A SAUTE PAN, HEAT OIL UNTIL HOT THEN BROWN YOUR MEAT.
- TRANSFER MEAT (WITH JUICE) TO A CROCKPOT ADDING WATER, A1 SAUCE, GARLIC, OREGANO, SALT, SUGAR, GROUND BLACK PEPPER, CELERY SEASONING, AND CARIBBEAN JERK SEASONING. STIR INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND COOK ON HIGH FOR 3 HOURS.(BE SURE TO STIR THIS EVERY 15-30 MINS)
- ADD 1/2 BAG FROZEN PEPPER STIR FRY & 1/2 BAG FROZEN BROCCOLI STIR FRY. CHANGE THE HEAT TO LOW AND COOK FOR ANOTHER 3 HOURS.(BE SURE TO STIR THIS EVERY 30 MINS)
- OPTIONAL: USE A RICE COOKER TO COOK YOUR FAVORITE RICE. (I USE JASMINE RICE) WHEN YOUR FAJITA STEAK STEW IS DONE YOU CAN PUT IT OVER YOUR RICE IN A BOWL AND ENJOY!
