%20it%20was%20really%20easy%20and%20it%20does%20make%20amazing%20bread.%20I%20think%20I%20will%20bake%20up%20both%20recipes%20(the%20other%20one%20is%20posted%20here)%20and%20have%20a%20side%20by%20side%20test,%20just%20to%20cover%20my%20angles.%20I%20did%20modify%20the%20recipe%20just%20a%20smidge%20but%20overall%20it's%20fantastic!%20Thank%20you,%20Lindsey,%20for%20sharing%20this%20great%20recipe%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENeed:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDo:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20a%20large%20bowl,%20add%20your%20warm%20water,%20yeast%20and%202%201/2%20Tablespoons%20agave%20nectar.%20Stir%20to%20combine.%20Add%20the%202%201/2%20cups%20bread%20flour%20and%20combine%20using%20a%20fork.%20When%20just%20combined,%20set%20aside%20for%2030%20minutes%20until%20big%20and%20bubbly.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMix%20in%202%201/2%20Tablespoons%20of%20the%20melted%20Earth%20Balance,%20the%20rest%20of%20your%20agave%20nectar%20(2%201/2%20Tablespoons)%20and%20your%20whole%20wheat%20flour.%20Combine%20everything%20using%20a%20fork,%20until%20the%20dough%20is%20easily%20kneaded.%20Note:%20it%20will%20be%20sticky.%20At%20this%20point%20add%20another%20about%201/2%20cup%20whole%20wheat%20flour%20and%20knead%20together.%20I%20kneaded%20it%20in%20the%20bowl%20until%20the%20additional%201/2%20cup%20flour%20was%20combined,%20then%20turned%20it%20out%20onto%20my%20floured%20surface.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EKnead%20for%20a%20few%20minutes,%20until%20smooth%20and%20elastic.%20You%20still%20want%20it%20to%20be%20fairly%20sticky%20so%20don't%20go%20crazy%20with%20the%20extra%20flour%20or%20kneading.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPut%20back%20in%20bowl,%20drizzle%20with%20olive%20oil,%20turn%20then%20cover%20and%20let%20rise%20in%20a%20warm%20place%20until%20doubled%20in%20size;%20this%20took%20about%2045%20minutes.%20Note:%20if%20you%20read%20here%20a%20lot,%20you%20will%20know%20that%20my%20'warm%20place'%20is%20next%20to%20or%20on%20top%20of%20my%20toaster%20oven,%20which%20I%20turn%20on%20for%20about%205%20minutes.%20If%20you%20don't%20read%20here%20a%20lot%20A:%20you%20should%20:),%20and%20B:%20there's%20a%20great%20tip%20for%20you!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAfter%20rising,%20punch%20down%20and%20put%20in%20greased%20pan(s)Note:%20the%20original%20recipe%20called%20for%20twice%20as%20much%20to%20bake%20three%20loaves;%20I%20didn't%20want%20three%20loaves%20so%20I%20cut%20everything%20in%20half.%20This%20means,%20technically,%20this%20makes%201%201/2%20loaves.%20I%20have%20those%20lovely%20Mario%20Batali%20mini%20loaf%20pans%20(which%20I%20lurve!)%20so%20it%20was%20ok.%20I%20did%20one%20regular%20size%20and%20one%20small%20size.%20Based%20on%20how%20my%20loaves%20came%20out,%20you%20can%20use%20one%20regular%20bread%20pan%20or%20one%20regular%20and%20one%20small.%20Neither%20of%20my%20loaves%20were%20overly%20full%20which%20is%20why%20I%20think%20you%20can%20put%20it%20all%20in%20one%20pan.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo,%20put%20it%20in%20your%209x5%20greased%20bread%20pan%20or%20your%209x5%20and%20your%20Mario%20Batali%20(or%20other)%20mini%20loaf%20pan,%20cover%20and%20let%20rise%20again%20until%20dough%20has%20topped%20the%20pan;%20about%2030%20minutes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20the%20oven%20to%20350%20and%20bake%20those%20babies%20(or%20that%20baby)%20for%2025%20to%2030%20minutes.%20Note:%20do%20not%20overbake.%20In%20my%20oven,%20I%20let%20it%20go%20for%20about%2026%20minutes,%20maybe%2027.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERemove%20loaves%20from%20oven%20and%20brush%20melted%20Earth%20Balance%20on%20top%20to%20avoid%20the%20crust%20from%20getting%20hard.%20Cool%20and%20serve.%20Or,%20slice%20warm%20and%20put%20Earth%20Balance%20and%20freshly%20made%20strawberry%20jam%20on%20it.%20Mmmm.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EServe:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20bread%20can%20be%20used%20for%20all%20sorts%20of%20things:%20Sandwiches,%20personal%20pizza,%20toast,%20strawberry%20jam%20raft...%20you%20name%20it!%20It's%20delicious%20and%20well%20worth%20the%20teensy%20bit%20of%20effort%20it%20takes%20to%20make%20it.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThank%20you%20again,%20Lindsey,%20for%20the%20great%20recipe!%20Enjoy!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
