Ингредиенты

1 lb grnd lamb 1/2 tsp lemon zest (or possibly orange zest) 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (juice from 1/2 a lemon) 2 tsp sherry or possibly orange juice 2 tsp soy sauce 1 1/2 clv garlic, finely chopped

1 tsp thyme 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp warm red pepper sauce 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

Инструкции

1. Mix all ingredients except extra virgin olive oil together by hand. Form small patties about hamburger size, or possibly smaller, depending on if serving as an appetizer, or possibly serving as a sandwich. Heat extra virgin olive oil in skillet over medium high heat. Fry patties, flipping occasionally. Serve with bread, or possibly on bread as a sandwich.
