Ингредиенты

  • 1 (4 ounce) can escargot, liquid removed
  • 1/4 c. red wine
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarsely grnd black pepper
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 T fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 teaspoon tarragon
  • 2 T chives

Инструкции

  1. Marinate escargot in wine and seasonings - at least 2-3 hrs.Place escargot in shells. Spoon in wine mix. Marinate.
  2. Press 1 tsp butter (softened) over opening of shell. (This seals in the escargot.)
  3. Place in baking pan. Bake in 425 degree oven for 10-15 min till bubbly.
