Ingredients: 1 pkt Manicotti noodles, (8 ounce.); 1 lb grnd turkey; 1 lb turkey Italian sausage; 2 c. Ricotta cheese; 2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded; 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese; 2 x Large eggs, beaten; 1/2 c. parsley; 2 x cloves garlic, chopped; 1/4 c. oil

Ингредиенты

1 pkt Manicotti noodles, (8 ounce.)
1 lb grnd turkey
1 lb turkey Italian sausage
2 c. Ricotta cheese
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 x Large eggs, beaten
1/2 c. parsley
2 x cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 c. oil

Инструкции

Cook sausage and turkey in oil and garlic. Mix with cheeses, Large eggs, and parsley. Cook noodles. Fill noodles with the mix. Place in a greased baking dish (9x13). Cover with your choice of spaghetti sauce, (jar or possibly homemade). Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
